You will need a 2 quart Casserole dish sprayed with pam or lightly greased
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups of milk or cream 1 tube of crackers 2 eggs-raw 16 ounces of frozen corn 1/2 stick butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Crush crackers until fine, mix in the 2 eggs and add milk 1 cup at a time stir together and salt, pepper and corn mix again til well blended. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Check for doneness by gently shaking or touching for firmness should spring back like testing for a cake serve hot! Can be reheated in micro wave if needed. if so put a glass of water in micro wave with casserole and heat til warm. putting a glass of water in microwave will prevent drying and hardness. Enjoy Chey
